The seventh order from the left is the Russian Order of St. Anne with swords and the eighth is the Russian Order of St. Stanislas with swords.

Only one bar I can identify to whom it belonged to. Example 5 I beleive belong to the Commanding Officer of the 5th Bomb Group who was awarded both the 1941 Michael the Brave and the German Eagle order for his Continued Bombardment of Soviet Troops at Stalingrad and on the Don allowing the German and Romanian Army to retreat out of Russia. He is the only one I know of who had both orders. I think his name was Nicolae Iosifescu. Examples 1 and 7 I beleived belong to Air Force Generals who retired prior to WW2. These bars have the 40 year Loyal Service medals on them. A typical award found on Generals Bars 1930's-beggining of WW2. I do not know much information about Air Force Generals during the 1920's-1930's period. Example 4 I can not identify who may have worn this bar. It has the Michael the Brave 1941 order and there were 22 Air Force recipients from 1941-1944. This bar has the more common medals which indicate that this person may have held the rank of Captain or Major.

There were more Romanian officers who received both the MV Order and teh German Eagle. If this is Iosifescu's order bar, how come there are no Virtutea Aeronautica Orders?
Btw, there were 36 air force recepients of the MV Order between 1941-44.

I beleive that the other Air Force recipients had the 1944 version of the MV Order. I am not 100% sure that this bar did indeed belong to Iosifescu. However, I do know he was awarded the German Eagle Order. Process of elimination when I look at who the MV Order recipients were between 1941-1944 in Colonel Eugene Ichim's book on MV recipients. Further positive identification of this bar and who may have worn it would be very greatful. A listing of Romanian Air Force recipients of the German Eagle Order would be extremely helpful.

On the Order bar #5. I know the question was asked about why there is no Virtutea Aeronautica Order and I think a knight class should be on the bar but isn't one of the medals an Air Force medal for enlisted/NCO ranks? I am asking as I am unsure...

Why were soldiers awarded the order of the German Eagle? Also, shouldn't the award have swords for military personnel? Just asking... :?

This looks like a pre WW1 Prussian Order bar to a long serving officer.

The fourth order from left is Austrian "Order of The Iron Crown"
This order is very rare.
