Hotel "High Life" was situated in front of the Royal Palace and next to CArol Foundation Bldg. (today, the Central Universitary library). In the back we can see Athenee Palace Hotel (with the old version of the exterior) and on the left, a little of the Royal Palace.
I don't know if "High Life" was demolished by the earthquake in '40, by the bombs of WWII or by communism. Now, in it's place is the parking near Cina restaurant Anyone knows what happened? Attached Image |
