Were all these vehicles actually delivered? Often, there is a discrepancy between military items ordered from abroad and the number actually delivered.

On 28 August 1944, the Romanian army had: 2,710 cars, 8,440 trucks, 287 tractors, 2,493 motorcycles.

I can send you copy of the similiar Polish document from July 1937. But - how to realize this idea? What can I do? (format, etc)
