3rd Fortification Brigade (1941)

  • 4th Fortification Artillery Regiment
  • 4th Fortification Heavy Artillery Regiment

It was created on 29 September 1941 from the command of the 2nd Fortification Brigade and was employed during the siege of Odessa. It was disbanded on 19 October.
