The message is in Hungarian. The soldier's name was Szathmáry (family name) Dezső (first name). The unit was the 3rd Company, 1st Platoon. The date is 8 Nov. 1928. Location: Nagyvárad (then Oradea-Mare, today Oradea). Gen. Dénes |

It is also written: "Remembrance! From my military service, the oath. From the Oradea (Nagyvarad) NCO infantry school.... ? company, 1st platoon" The remaining text Denes already translated above. |
