Any ideas with regards the message and date of picture?

The message is in Hungarian.
The soldier's name was Szathmáry (family name) Dezső (first name).
The unit was the 3rd Company, 1st Platoon.
The date is 8 Nov. 1928.
Location: Nagyvárad (then Oradea-Mare, today Oradea).

It is also written:

"Remembrance!

From my military service, the oath. From the Oradea (Nagyvarad) NCO infantry school.... ? company, 1st platoon"

The remaining text Denes already translated above.
