Dear Friends! My name is Darek, and I'm writing to You from Poland - homeland of Polish Plane PZL P-37 Łoś. As You might know, in 1939, twenty-seven of PZL.37s (17 from the Bomber Brigade and ten training ones) were withdrawn to Romania and used by Your Air force in Odessa and Kiev. Have You got any information what happened to them, I know, most of them were destroyed in combat or on the ground, but maybe You have some photos of not destroyed Planes or maybe You've seen some parts or got some clues where they ended? Any information will help. Thanks! |

I included all available information in this (huge) book, published in Poland: http://aj-press.home.pl/ml100_euro.htm Gen. Dénes |

I have this book and it is indeed a great reference on Romanian use of the Los. It is the best reference on the Los. The only problem is that, apart from English photo captions, it is entirely in Polish - the link mentions something about a 40-page English summary, but I got no such thing with mine. Was this a separate pull-out supplement? When I bought the book, it was sealed in shrink-wrap, but there was no supplement in it. Radu |

Yes, it was a separate pull-out. If you ask the Publisher, they should provide you with one, as you did not get it with your book. By the way, if anyone is interested in a copy of the book, I have one available. But I assume the postage would be rather expensive. Gen. Dénes |

My bet is that "Radub" lives in the same country as you. No need for public confirmation... |

Huh? I do not get it... what do you mean? Radu |

OT. Since your comment also concerns me, I'd appreciate if you'd enlighten me, too. Gen. Dénes |

If "Radub" lives in the same country as you and if he is interested in the book you kindly offer, he can pay "Domestic" delivery instead of "International" delivery. That is all - and the same idea I sent to him. |

I already siad that I have the book. Why would I need another? As I told you in the private message, Denes and I do not live in the same country. We vere born in the same country. Radu |

True, and neither of us live in the country we were born in. But let's get back to the topic... Gen. Dénes |
