Hello! I have a nice picture of Locotenet observator Bădulescu & Plutonier Iliescu Teodor Leu beside a Breguet Br.14 B2. I guess Bădulescu and Iliescu are family names, Teodor Leu the first name. Can you tell me if this is right? And what is the first name of Locotenet observator Bădulescu? And which unit they belonged (the name ofthe unit in Romanian, please)? Thanks a lot! Andrea |

According to an http://www.worldwar2.ro/forum/index.php?showtopic=540&view=findpost&p=10638 by Dragos, a plutonier pilot Theodor Iliescu belonging to the F.4 Squadron (Escadrila F.4) was involved in a fight with a German plane on 22 August 1917. At that date the F.4 Squadron belonged to the 2nd Air Group (Grupul 2 Aeronautic) from Tecuci. |
