I happen to have this tea-spoon... Under the WH eagle is the "M" letter. Some say it comes from "Marine" others say "Kriegsmarine"...What do you think?
The maker mark is RONEUSIL.
And it seems that the swastika was somehow "pressed", in order not to be seen so obvious..... unsure.gif (it is from here, Romania).

The M stands for Marine which is from Kreigsmarine, so yep it is from the navy. Have a platter that has the Eagle then an M followed by a crown KPM 1942.

But Marine is a short term for Kriegsmarine, or is for the Marine Corps?
(like the difference between the Marine Corps and the Navy)

From what I remember it is the navy no marine corps.
