Yes.That's the story.
And now florin calinescu "bought" the factory (buildings and land) from the state.
None of the real owners were companste in any way.

And to cont. this off topic.
All the properties of my family in Bucharest were never given back.
All the properties in Braila (here Mabadesc knows what I'm talking about) were never given back.

The only proterties my family got back (without a trial or any other problems) were in Gheorgieni.
The Hungarian (sorry -Secui..-People there get angry if you name them as Hungarians) mayer gave back every inch.Everything was made by mail and phone.
I guess the percent of bandits is very low in that comunity.

or price / square meter is low.
Are you sure about IOR name? I know from books that it was Intreprinderea Optica Romana...working with licensed Carl Zeiss patent. IOR WW2 binoculars were 100% made after Zeiss.

I'm 100% sure.
I saw many time the constitutional papers.
You are right about the name Iintreprindere OPtica Romana, who is a derivate from the initials of the founders.
And they did had Karl Zeiss licence.

And in books you can read many things.....

anyway....there is a good side for the factory. Calinescu does not do bussines with Remat.
