Hello dear collectors! Please help identify Romanian Dog Tag - label was affixed by hand with a needle. My transcription:

From Piatra Neamt were drafted men of the 15th Infantry Regiment / 6th Infantry Division, which took part in the battles for Bessarabia, Odessa, Stalingrad.
