MACIN was used as a commanding ship for the Romanian Danube Flotilla in WW1. Her nickname was the "Glass Cage". There are two known pictures and some original drawings in my collection

I have something also interesteing regarding MACIN.
She was fitted with a diesel engine by
MAN, Nürnberg , Germany
2 takt 200rpm 6 Cylinder, 2 motors a 250ihp = 500ihp

I think the first diesel propelled ship built by STT and the first in the Romanian Navy ?
