Please tell me if in this photo can be a romanian officer (hipo artillery leutenent). I have this photo and I have reasons to supose this is my grandfather, but I am not sure. The cap is a soldier cap, but the rest of uniform (campaign uniform) can be an officer uniform ? (petlite, cizme, trese de sublocotenent). Thank you.
Photo taken in december 1943.

In my opinion it's a Romanian uniform.
If you have a scanner, you can scan the photo at 1200 dpi the result will be a very clear photo with all the details, persons faces, uniform details, etc.
