Dan , let me tell you I have detailed map ( exact) where all TW planes have crashed it is on this book but that later next week, in the meantime some bizare photos I never saw before

Bellow it says :

On a lonely road to Coraltesti 7 km south east of Ploesti a memorial to the 86th ARR A/A battery Regimentul 7 .Here Corporaul Cardan, Privatul Baila,Bizdarea,Dtet,Gheaur and Partica were killed when OLD BALDY crashed on top of the battery

Dan heres is the burned out wreck near padurea Romanesti south east of Barcanesti VULGAR VIRGIN wreck of Capt Taylor ,the crews hve bailed out before the crash though at low altitude and parachutes didnt open ...Taylor landed the burning bomber on the belly and he was the single survivor

Heres the crew of the VULGAR VIRGIN before TW, Capt Taylor would be the single survivor

The B-24 with the nickname OLD BALDY (s/n 42-40102) from 98th B.G. (345th BS) - pilot John J. Dore was crashed near Ploiesti (all 10 crew members was KIA)

You mean Sinaia not Binaia. As for Bosteni i can't find the corect name yet.

Alexdkl you are sure that these name are correct?
Maybe are Sinaia (not Binaia) and Buşteni (not Bosteni)

Da Dragos scuzama Busteni,typo error..dont have roumanian keyboard, I cited what the author mentioned but I think is Sinaia not sure theres a Binaia

The next photos shows B-24 crashes which can not be identified due to the missing markings on the aircrafts,I guess the author got the photos from Roumanian Archives
