The DAISY MAE suffered extensive damge from ARR attacking fighters 20mm shells damage is seen on the horizontal stabiliser and vertical fins

And the village Barcanesti south Ploesti were the B-24 "YEN TU" crashed near somewhere.

Counting the Ploesti heavy losses ( 98th and 93rd had most losses), this picture was seen on the 60's than later disappeared

The B-24 Honky Tonk Gal choose the left direction indicator to Strejnic on 1 august '43.
