I think it will be interesting to add to this site at least some backgraund about the Rom.army in ww1.And even about the aviation on that period.
It's far more interesting than the comunist era!

Hi,

As I promised in another post, next time when I'll travel to Romania I'll scan for this forum photos with the Romanian pilots who took part in the Second Balcanic War. In their group photo they keep in the center the mascot, the baby-sow Angela.
The article about them is in a magazine published in the 30's. In the 30's, what happened in 1913 already smelled as history! They referred to those events the way we are talking now about WWII.

PS: I have a collection of WWI photos in a 30's or 20's magazine, but the topic is not the Romanian Army. It is general, from all fronts.
