General de corp de armata Group: Retired Posts: 1512 Member No.: 1232 Joined: January 05, 2007	On the 9th and 10th of May 2009 it will be held at the Military National Museum at Bucharest the action with the title "The days of the Military National Museum". It will take part romanian and bulgarian reenactors representing some historical periods, from 1866 to 1947. Come and see! Free entrance!

I visited the Museum recently, on april 15-th, but I barely had an hour and a half before closing time, so I should be back again - but I guess only in June I'll return to Bucharest. Too darn bad! -------------------- M

I don't know 100% what all the participants will be but A6D will be reenacting 1866 Graniceri but our artillery unit will be in 1877 uniforms, There will also be soldiers in WWI uniform from Asociatia Dastina Strabuna from Oradea. The Bulgarians will be mainly 1877-78 Ruso-Turkish war and a few reenacting the Balkan War 1913. More I don't know at this moment.

The one painted in blue From close range, it doesn't seem very scary, although it was (rightfully, IMO) considered amongthe best weapons of WW2. -------------------- M
