g'day and Merry Christmas!
I will soon visit Bucarest for work, maybe several times in next months... I would ask in this forum if there're any chances to find all WWII vehicles in the area, maybe germans... I'm sure that something was left behind... possibly in rural areas... so... any suggestion? mulţumiri!! maurizio |

Muzeul Militar Central near Gara de Nord has a nice collection of armour and vehicles, including some German, on display in the inner courtyard.

g'day and merry Christmas!
...tks for your opinions (by the way, there're never NO chances... ) I'm a pasionate, as I wrote... I would love to look at and see WWII vehicles... I will go visiting the Bucarest War Museum for sure... but I would be pleased to have the chance of visiting other's collection or, maybe, to evaluate old vehicles like the one pictured (I means same conditions, maybe smaller vehicle or motorcycle)... I'm sure that something was left behind... here in Italy, many vehicles still survive away from big cities... as they were maybe bought after war end from Americans...or kept away from others' eyes for decades... ciao! maurizio |

Well to see ww2 vehicals you'll find like you already red,in th e military museum.
To find other chances are like I said 0. In Italy you had much more action in the war then we had,and also after the war you could find spare parts. Here we had spares only for soviet equip. Enjoy the MM. |

This post has been edited by muggs on December 25, 2011 07:17 pm |
