Yes, indeed, a great job, and I really like this plane, it has a personality of its own.

That is right , it is unique .
I'm fascinated about that plane , I remember that I've read an article about Stuka on "Magazin Istroic" when I was a kid , if I'm not mistaken the title was "Stuka -Rechinul vazduhului" , sory , I don't remember the year .... but there was also some pictures .

Very nice. One small observation though: there is an extremely good possibility that this aircraft wore small Romanian crosses on the undersurfaces, behind the air brakes. Most of the photos of the undersides of the aircraft of the same unit, painted and decorated in a similar manner, featured that marking.

I agree with Radu's comment (valid only for the under surfaces).

Looks excellent! I have a balsawood flying model of this plane that i still have to build.

One question though - wouldn't the plane also have the KMC on the upper wing tips? And if not...then why wouldn't they put it there? (historically speaking)

All existing photos indicate that the cross was not applied to the upper surfaces of the wings of the Ju87 of Gr.3 Picaj.
The only exception seems to be a Ju87 marked "861" but the markings and insignia applied to that particular plane are extremely unusual and not repeated on any other known aircraft.

Interesting. I'll have to remeber that when I build my Balsa wood flying model.
