The main battle unit for the mountain troops was the battalion, not the regiment. The soldiers can only be members fo the 2nd or 3rd Mountain Divisions. |

Right.
But the 90th infantry Regiment became, at 14th of April 1943, the 90th VANATORI Group, attached to the 18th Mountain Division http://www.tribuna.ro/?id=368&tx_ttnews[tt_news]=10444 I am curious if this guy took prisoner (an officer?) could be from "90" (the article is written by me, based on a official communist history of the regiment) |
