Did you refer to the sea-going class torpedo boat "Smeul", sunk near "Gura-Stabmuli" in 1916?

"Smeul" (56 t) sunk (mine) Apr.16, 1917 (?) on Danube, was build 1888 in France. The Torpedoboats Sborul and Smeul who survived WW2, were austro-hungarian 250 to. class (real 330). After returning Oct.1945 to Ro.Navy, it appears to be repaired 1946 in Galatzi, then deleted 1959-60. So, "Smeul" had the longest life in her class, 1913-60.
