I just read an article about the situation in Serb/Albanian conflict in Kosovo, where somebody reminded the Serb authorities not to deploy ethnic Hungarian and other minority soldiers in case of a Serb military intervention in Kosovo. The article spoke of the "Paris Convention" as forbidding this. I did some searching, but could not find any treaty with this name regulating the deployment of minority members.

Does anyone know if any such convention exists, and if yes, under what name, and what it's regulations are?
