What do you think about the lether?

Romanian M73 helmet, auxiliary forces.

Hmm interesting, seems to me that this helmet was refurbished in the communist era.
The pattern used is similar to original one just that it is made from swain leather, the chin strap was also changed as the original had a different buckle.

American M1 "steel pot" helmet- 1960's rear seam shell with Vietnam War liner (I still have doubts about that- it could be a 1950's or '60s Belgian liner, because the paint on the top of the liner has been largely scraped off, presumablly to disguise the "Cogebi" mark, but the half-visible stamp in the back of the suspension system reads "Headgear- DSA-Stone" in the standard US fashion of stenciling military gear, so it could be a genuine Vietnam era M1 after all).

Got it for about $10 at a yard sale in the US, so it was a real steal.







The helmet cover is in the "Woodland Camouflage" pattern and was issued in the 1980s, just before the M1 was supersised by the lighter PASGT kevlar helmet, also known as "Fritz".
The slots in the side are used to add foliage, for a bit of extra camo.
As you can see, I'm missing a nape strap to hold the cover in place.

2 ww1 french helmets. An artilery helmet and an infantry helmet bought from Verdun I also bought a grenade that was found in the ground. If you want I can post some pictures with the battle front.

My Hungarian WWII helmet size 62:



The damage is probably post war made with a pickaxe; also as you can see the liner is missing.

Any ideas for this helmet?
Is this a romanian paratroopers helmet without the liner, the rubber protection and the net?
Inside, there is a stamp: 6T....and a stencil P1 at the top of the dome.

It's a Dutch helmet that was cut but I don’t know why, maybe a fantasy helmet for a film??

What kind of dutch helmet are you talking about?
The rivets are different from the M34 or the M73 romanian (7 rivets overall)....Also the shape of it...it is perfectly oval.
Believe me, it is not a fantasy helmet nor used for movies. " It has healthy origins...:

my helmet is a czech M32.
The liner pads were riveted directly to the shell and the chinstrap also riveted separately.
Don't ask me what on earth was it doing in a romanian military base.
