M31 Romanian helmet liner

Colonel Group: Members Posts: 943 Member No.: 398 Joined: November 23, 2004	Yes the helmet liner and chinstrap are original. I also have 2 ww2 romanian helmets that have the same liner. The helmet was repainted in the comunist era. Here is the picture with the m31 liner.

Sergent Group: Members Posts: 191 Member No.: 168 Joined: December 17, 2003	and i wasnt sure if the helmet liner is original.. because to me the lether seemd to thick and the holes at the bottom of the liner where u put the string trough seemd to big.. compare with the M31 german liners that i have seen befor. I've seen 2 weeks ago one for sale in Bucharest for 170ron and in the same day I've seen, at an other antic shop, three more helmets going for 390ron each. All with m31 liner, and post war paint and in a condition similar to yours but without the signature.

So you see, the difference in prices is very big.
