Studied two years at the Politechnic institut in Bucarest and Ias.

After graduating the aviation school in Bucharest ,section navigation oficers,he went to the twin eangine school at Zilistea.

Mr Cap Batut was discharged from the army after a very brave step he took against the comunists.

He was asked to sign a statment about his "dedication and devotament to the great brotherhood between the soviet union and romania".
He refused because his father was deported in 1940 to Siberia and wasn't seen since.
Without the army payment he had to work dif jobs in order to make a living.
