Anybody have any information on Colonel Florin Radulescu (Mountain Corps), awarded the 2nd class Mihai Viteazul Order?

I know he was initially assigned to Garda Regala, then transferred to the Mountain Corps in '41-'42.

Intellectual, good financial situation, but got arrested after the war. Spent quite a few years in Communist prisons. Released from prison in the late 60's (?), lived and died in poverty (like so many others).

Any information (assignments, promotions, awards) would be greatly appreciated since he is a distant family relative and I don't know anything about him.
