The only available kit that I am aware of in plastic is the long out of production LTD kit. The quality is rather poor, surface detail poor, the canopy "needs work" but it is the only game in town.
You can either wait till Tamigawa makes one or work with that.
Perhaps a small scale Romanian cottage industry producer will make one in the near future and make several hundres available kits to the die hards such as ourselves here.
I made the IAR kit but would jump at the chance to make a better quality kit if one was available.
As far as availabilty for the LTD kit all I can suggest is Ebay ( the ultimate bazaar of everything :-), I found a few kits there last time I looked.
I just looked and two sold just recently...for $12 and $12.50.

Really? Where are the Piatra Mare and Postavarul Mountains in the diorama? tongue.gif

On a more serious note, I always admired good modelmakers after some pathetic attempts of mine to build several models.

The altitude is over 10.000 m tongue.gif , so the prisoniers can not reach him with stones biggrin.gif

Alex, they are not paintings. They are 1/48 models computer add background.
I don't have the original because a friend of us did the job with our models. I will call the friend and ask the permission for a higher res. pictures.

Dan.

Well, Dan, you can put me down for two of those and I am sure you will be successfull marketing it amongst the few dedicated modelers just waiting for a good quality kit of this famous fighter to come out. In fact once they come out we should all build some and place it with various big time Online Modeling websites such as Hyperscale, Modelingmadness and others. This will help with the kit's promotion. I know it will, I did it before with some of Warrior Models' resin kits. I built two PZL P24's and two Fairey Fulmars and they sold a whole lot more after the reviews appeared on Hyperscale.
Do you have any ideas about the possible time frame for the kit's release?
