Today, January 23rd, we mark 185 years from the start of the 1821 Revolution.
On this day Tudor Vladimirescu read his Proclamation at Pades.



Does anyone have the complete text of that Proclamation?

I have only this fragment:

"Fratilor locuitori ai Tarii Romanesti, veri de ce neam veti fi! Nici o pravila nu opreste pe om de a intampina raul cu rau! Sarpele cand iti iasa inainte, dai cu ciomagul de-l lovesti, ca sa-ti aperi viata [...]. Dar pe balaurii care ne inghit de vii, capeteniile noastre, zic, atat cele bisericesti, cat si cele politicesti, pana cand sa-i suferim a ne suge sangele din noi? Pana cand sa le fim robi?"
