General Dragomir was the chief of ww2 veterans from Cluj. He was ill and in hospital last summer when I looked after him for a interview and never managed to speak with him.

My uncle Dr MIrcea Onicescu left us a few days ago.

Well his father Octav Onicescu was from Botosani.
His wife Luiza (born Zorio) also was born in Botosan. They moved to Bucharest after WW1. As far as I know.the comemorative house of Octav Onicescu was demolished. I guess the town has too many celebrities and needed no more..... |
