Because,Site administrater need fair&balansed sense and,Knowledge of Copylight etc.
Without showing&writing resourse of pictures,anyone may not use the picture of other person in internet site.
Also,three dministrater are too many.I Willsupport two administrater-system in this site. This system is good function now.

Yes,He may be one f active persons,but The term"active" is "not" the same as promotion to "moderator".
I think there are other way to prise him.

Additionally,The Two administraters"Dragos""Victor" are best persons,I don't think the that third person need to choice.

Recently,The two administrators worked very much.
Do you think so?
