I hope someone corrects me if I'm wrong, but I believe it was 3 years for: Navy, Gendarmes, Border Guards and Palace Guard Battalion and 2 years for the rest of the Army.

@_Vik, that means they were ”reservists” (romanian: rezerviști) called again to serve their country because of the war with CCCP in the summer of 1941, the word ”contingentul” written above the year in the list you posted, means the year they were originally drafted in the army. For example: it he is ”contingentul” 1924, then he served until 1926 when he was demobilized and called again in 1941 for the war. Hope this helps!

O,thanks,I thought that ours fathers to fight contract army where some men to stay about 20 years.
