On multiple different sites, I have been able to find downloadable and printable Second World War documents. However I can only find these for large nations such as Germany or the United States. Even within the provided printable reproduction paperwork, I find the selection limited. I then began to reproduce documents by working with scans from archives and also simply using digital art to fabricate documents based off of photographs. Through these methods, I have been able to produce many German books, manuals, schematics, posters, soldbuchs, individual documents... and the list goes on. My problem is that I am unable to find any scans or photographs of any Romanian paperwork from the interbellum or wartime periods. I hope that at one point I can piece together a digital archive using the help of other forum users shedding light upon where to find these elusive treasures. If anyone can find Romanian paperwork from the war era, this is the thread to share it. |

Thank you for the reference! I will definitely see what I can do with the multiple documents listed elsewhere in the forum and the two documents is the site's archival section. However when taking the digital text, I will have to make assumptions on the arrangement and overall appearance on the document. It is difficult to accurately reproduce a document if the document is copied in digital text in a different format and with different script. In the links provided from elsewhere in the forum referenced a Russian Archive of German documents which I am familiar with. This archive consists of scanned documents which give a very good look at what the original layout of the document is. I have made many booklets using that site.
Again, thank you for the help! Cheers. |
