My grandfather, who fought in Crimea until the end, noticed a Soviet movie about WWII in Crimea, presented in the Romanian theaters in early 1950's, when Romania was already socialist country. He bought the movie ticket, thinking that he will see places where he was before. This way my grandfather learned that a movie may be made in a place that has nothing to do with the real place. And after seeing in the movie how the Axis soldiers were dropping like flies hit by Flit gun, he left the theater in the middle of the movie !
