Does anyone have any history about this WW2 unit. I recently acquired this ID tag. I believe the unit was attached to the Armored Division and was a forward Recon unit. I would like to find out additional info. How many men in unit, dates and battle operations in Russia, Equipment used.

The actual name was Grupul Specialitati Moto. Which period are you interested in more exactly. Its composition varied from campaign to campaign.
