Su-100 is made on the T-34 chassis so it uses the same road wheels as the T-34. There are more types of road wheels used on the T-34 depending on the production year: rim with no holes (welded design) and rubber bandage, rim with holes (cast steel) and no rubber bandage, and rims with holes (cast steel) and rubber bandage.

It is a SU-85, not a SU-100! The most important differance between the 2 models is the 85mm gun on the SU-85; while the SU-100 has a 100mm gun.

It's a Su-100, as the Su-85 has a square commanders cupola and the Su-100 has a round commanders cupola, very similar to the one on the T-34/85. Also the gun mantle is different on the Su-85 and the gun shorter (the same gun was used on the T-34/85).

Indeed Su-100: the length of the barrel is consisting with the 100 mm. gun. By the way, it's not a tank, but a Self-Propelled Gun, ok?

This would be the Romanian and German translation, ok? Fair enough since the Germans invented the concept - although IMO this Su-100 is Russian!

SP gun is something different. See "Wespe" or "Hummel".

Oh, yes... I forgot the difference between motorized artillery and the "tanks with fixed turret", 'cause I was paying attention to the linguistic aspect.

"Self-propelled anti-tank gun" or "tank destroyer" would also be correct terms for SU-100.

The picture seems to show indeed an SU-100 self-propelled gun, and the Soviets used it as a mobile anti-tank artillery piece... was intended to support tank formations in battle, in independent units designed to counter the german Tiger and Panther tanks...
