German tank school in Romania ?, Cazarma Marasti

Anyone had more details about this school. As you can see in the picture it looks like a german panzer school in a romanian unit called "Cazarma Marasti".
Could be the one from Mihai Bravu ( Dadilov) or unknown school in the Marasti village?

I asked Mr Cojocea about the photo.
He said "no way".
It must be in propaganga purpose.
In Marasti village there was nothing and in Dadilov there was an training camp.
A tank school in Romania existed only after the war.

Ok, posible propaganda but with what purpose.

And the name "Marasti" could be a simbolic name for the unit ( not necesary a location) Could be more units with names like Marasti, Marasesti, Oituz ( from WW1 renown battles place)

We know that a romanian tank school will be after the war established at Roman.
But a german one in 41-44 in Romania ?

I have another photo of the same gate, with the same title.
I don't believe it's a propaganda (i.e., fake) photo.

What is strange in the picture, is the expensive but beautifull construction of the gate compared to cheap and ugly wood fences of the unit.

Cojocea is to the tanks what Dicesare and Dobran are to the ARR.
All togheter I mean...
I'll show him the photo,but if there was such a school he'd know by sure.

About the fence;I never saw an important military unit with such a lausy one.

When recruits were driving the tank into the fence, it should have been be the most inexpensive one and easy to replace.

Can you write in a few words the content?

Looks like the the actual location is Targoviste, here's a post detailing a picture taken in the same location ( photo is offline )

Targoviste is covered by norc street view so if someone is familiar with the city and recognizes the gate we can see in what shape it is now ( if it survived )

The 13th Panzer Division was established on 11 October 1940. The division was created as a training unit from the 13th Infantry Division (Motorized), for use as training unit in Romania. From the table it seems that this division stationed in Romania from november 1940 till january 1941 (maybe even more!).
From 28 September 1940 the Panzer-Regiment 4 was under the 13th Panzer Division command, and was on 2 November 1940 as a teaching-tank regiment nr. 4 moved to Romania.

So it was something temporary.

Until the start of Barbarossa, when the unit was integrated in XXXXVIII. Armeekorps / Panzergruppe 1 / Heeresgruppe Sud
