Hello all!
I'm a amateur metal detector & WW2 historian, recently joined the forum =) After Romania switched sides and joined the Allies, the Wehrmacht began to hastily retreat ('cause of the Romanian-Soviet push west). Some old-timers I've spoken to told me that the Germans got rid of their equipment either by burying it or destroying it. I know it's a long shot, but is there a minuscule chance that some vehicles ended up in bogs or rivers? Thanks =) ![]() ![]() ![]() |
