Thank you Denes for your kindnes . But do you , or someone else have info about what that emblem might be , an prsonal emblem of prince Bibescu ? Or what it represents ? Any details are welcome

There is a book dealing with Prince Bibescu, the Flyer (written by C-dor Sandache, IIRC). Check it out, perhaps you will find a clue for the emblem's origin.

acording to mr.Antoniu the enblem is the coat of arms of Bibescu family.
