Hello
I am new to this site and wish to find as much as possible about some pilots belonging to 7th Fighter Group.
I wish to know about adj. Vanca Ion, adj. Catana Ion, adj, Stiolica C-tin, Bedreaga Victor, adj. Hapaianu, lt. Gheorghe Iliescu, cpt Ignat Ioan, Goloiu, Scordila Gheorghe, Manu Laurentiu, how many missions did they fly within WW II? They are hardly mentioned within war.
I also would like to learn the perioud they flew within 7th fighter group and possible, their time out, due to wounds, shot down, illness, etc, so that I could estimate their nr. of combat sorties
Kind Regards, Bogdan

Another Rumanian language book you can read is: Zburatorii Grupului Serbanescu, by Tudor Nicola and Ion Marin. Ed. Modelism.

And may I add my own book, in English, titled: Rumanian Aces of World War 2, published by Osprey, in the UK, in 2003.
