I spotted this in a field outside of Lugos, the pattern seems very precise

and not home done. And blends in well with the surrounding area.

I think the farmer keeps tools in the van-body?

It looks (just it looks) like a part of a romanian radio truck. But the camo paint is too recent... Maybe is a part of a Bucegi special purpose vehicle military or civilian.
