They are most mysterious vessels I know.
Reported as a Roumanian merchant vessels seized by the Russians:

1) CRAIOVA - no data - scuttled 28.11.16 Trapezund as barrage
2) STEFANO (1878) 64,80m - seized august 1915, thn Russian transport N114 ROMA, 1921 Turkish FETHIE, then RIZE
3) MAVRETA - 31,5m tug- 1915 Russian transport LAZAR KIRIAK, then No.133
4) CHARLAMOIS built 1908 Austria 29,40m , 1915 Russian BUKSIR, then transport No.116

I am interested in origin of these ships, builders, ex names and owners
as well as fates

LR gives some more iunformation on ROMA
LR 28/29 listed in Appendix
RIZE ex FETHIE ex SAMARA
Reported built 1885 (no builder)
Iron Screw 851grt/466nrt 219.0x29.2x17.7ft
C2Cy 20"&40"-25"
owner Sofou Zade Soudi Bey, Constantinople, Turkish

LR30/31 (I have not 82661)
LR Returns :
At Amasra, wrecked on 20th Jan 1931 . Coal cargo.

>From various Russian sources:
August 1915 seized off Konstanza or received 1916 from Romania
23.12.15 transporter No.114 ROMA or ROMAN
01.01.16 in service
19.06.18 seized by German in Sevastopol
18.11.18 Russian White forces
1919 or 1920 renamed SAMARA
evacuated from Crimea with 4th ship detachment
End 1920 sold Fethie Bosphor (Yugoslav Flag)

If she was seized in 1915 she could not be a Romanian vessel ?

CHARLAMOIS
was renamed 1924 STROITEL
scrapped in late 1920

SEMAFORUL DUNARII in his 1922 edition that I found does not mention any of them. That means they were not anymore under Romanian harbour controls.
