On your pilot section there are two things which I would
search more clarification on.

1. The photo posted which is from his family collection
depicts him in Polish Air Force class A uniform wearing
Polish AF wings badges and possibly 2nd Lt. rank....is
totally new to me that he was a regular Polish AF pilot...and I am
uncertain if at all that would be possible....but who knows ! Also
on his AAR uniform there is nowhere a Polish AF pilot badge
visible...so he was one indeed, it would be rather normal to wear
a foreign pilot badge along with the AAR badges.

2. Whom from 15th AF FG's was he the hunt of on June 23,44 ?

3. An other strange thing,on some photos he is a Flotila Hidro
sea plane pilot (Escd.1 Hidro Siut Ghiol ) once an AAR pilot ( HE-112).....
he's also wearing also a King Carol AAR Navigator badge on
his AAR unifiorm .

On June 23, 44 the 15th AF was engaged at Giurgiu and Ploesti
and sent the 325th and 52nd fighters in large numbers to
protect the bombers.....I have on my records two claims from
52nd which would match him as hunt.

Thanks in advance

AL
