If this has been covered before I apologise. Does anyone know what colour were the 9 T38s in the 2nd Armoured Regiment were painted and what other markings, such as the khaki-star or turret numbers were carried? Thanks.

Peter.

Hi Peter

For the west front, unfortunetly there is no picture (as far as I know) with T-38 in 2nd Armoured Regiment .
They should be left in their original grey color or posible repainted Khaki green.
The white circle outlined star was painted using a mask (with the shape of a star) and underneath was left the color of the armoured vehicle, if the vehicle was khaki the star should be khaki, if the vehicle was grey the star should be grey.

Did they have any turret numbers? I have seen a modern illustration of a T38 in khaki with I 4 painted in red. Thanks.

Peter
