Whether somebody can say authorized strength Romanian Infantry Division, Cavalry Division and Armored Division in 1942 on Eastern front.

In August 1942, when it started its trip to the front, the 1st Armored Division had: 501 officers, 593 NCOs, 11,592 soldiers, 9,335 rifles, 378 LMGs, 61 HMGs, 67 mortars, 36 guns, 1,376 cars and trucks, 112 tanks.
The cavalry and infantry divisions generally varied in strength, few of them being completely manned and equipped. Here are some examples. The 7th Cavalry Division had 227 officers, 193 NCOs, 6,115 soldiers, 5,604 rifles, 242 LMGs, 62 HMGs, 42 mortars, 47 artillery pieces, 2,748 horses, 436 carts and 136 cars and trucks. The 9th Cavalry Division had 153 officers, 215 NCOs and 7,369 soldiers. The 14th Infantry Divisionhad 493 officers, 489 NCOs, 15,156 soldiers, 13,421 rifles, 354 LMGs, 122 HMGs, 102 mortars, 116 artillery pieces, 7,541 horses, 1,273 carts and 105 cars and trucks. The 15th Infantry Divisionhad 486 officers, 415 NCOs, 14,947 soldiers, 13,410 rifles, 394 LMGs, 112 HMGs, 446 revolvers, 512 SMGs, 232 mortars and artillery pieces, 7,324 horses, 1,247 carts and 105 cars and trucks.
