Do you know anything about a Cdr. Victor Alexandrescu (or Alecsandrescu)?

I found a cdor. av. Virgiliu Alexandrescu, who in 1939 was the commander of the Air Base (Baza Aeriana). What does the notebook contain?

Thanks for the info. What air base did he command?
The notebook contains some notes and lots of numbers (calcule). Seems like this guy had a big money shortage, he always made all kinds of math. Unfortunatelly, he wrote so small that i can understand only a few words from his notes. |

He did not command a specific air base. It was the Air Base (Baza Aeriana). I think it some kind of maintenance command for all the air bases.

Isn't there anything else in the notebook except money problems?

There are some notes also but i can't read the text. One note i understood said something about going somewhere with a Fiat that broke down.
