According to Krylov's memoirs, Antonescu offered an award of 50,000 lei for the head of Major Nikolai V. Bogdanov, commander of 265th Artillery Regiment at Odessa, which by its excellent performance caused a lot of frustration to the Romanian besieging the city.

Is this true?
