Dragos, I can't identify the truck in the photo, but the same illustration appears in Osprey's edition "Germany's Eastern Front Allies 1941- 45" with the caption:

"Rumanian troops drag their antiquated vehicles through the mud in a scene typifying the primitive conditions of the Eastern Front."

The obvious balloon tires and open cabs appear no more "antiquated" than many Soviet vehicles of the period  and not even all U.S. vehicles had enclosed cabs at this time. How "primitive" can these trucks be?

I'd be even more interested in the illustrated trailers and pontoons-- were these elements of a bridging company? Were the trailers to a standard pattern, like the German?

Diego

P.S. Osprey attributes the photo to Signal (presumably the German WWII propaganda mag.).

Dragos,I can't see the scan,But The truck in P24 of "Germany's Eastern Front Allies 1941- 45" is Austro-Daimler ADGR 2.5ton 6x4 truck.
This front part is specific to Austro-Daimler,
Mihai

I initially hosted the image on imageshack.us in order to save server space. I have moved it to our server and it should work now.
