My boots have leather soles, so they are from ww2. Thanks for the help.

yes add some pics of the boots. I have about 4 cobblers that live around me and can actually take the images to see if they could reproduce them and for what cost.

This seems to be an earlier version of "Sam Browne's" belt, according the large belt buckle. It was used during the 1920s and 1030s, and even in WW2. However, the belt itself seems to be of a later model . The most common model during the WW2 was very much similar to the british model and was also carried during the communist period, until 1989. Unfortunmately it seems that this belt has no diagonal strap. This diminishes the value of the item but could be used by an NCO. They don't have digonal straps. |

The buckle is pre war but the belt seems to be from WWII or after, pre war belts were used in WWII. It can be used for reenactments with a diagonal. But then again without other pictures it's hard to tell.
