You chose the Romanian relevant pictures, and this fact shows that you know much about the background.

Could you - or anybody else - say something about the context of the pictures? (time, place, event etc.)

I think that Bergen University Museum, the owner of the pictures, is actually asking for information regarding the posted images.

For sure!!
Meantime, I found no other Romanian (or with Romanians) picture so far.

Edited: This picture http://presentations.uib.no:7778/pls/porta...rg_values=13063 as I remember I saw before (in a book for sure).
