I think this is PragaRV-truck

The book"The last of the Kampfgruppe" the Author Mr,Takahasi explain This truck are "Praga RV-trucks" lately.
I aggreeed with this opinions

Aren't those trucks to few for a Division? Are there any Romanian trucks built during the war?

Those weren't modern mechanized infantry units. The main vehicle was the the horse drawn cart and the troops marched on foot.

Didn't the Romanian Major Staff want a very mobile army? Or they couldn't aford to buy/built modern vehicules and weapons to equip the army?

The Soviets and the Germans couldn't afford to make a completely motorized army during WW2, much less a small country like Romania. Only the US succeeded in creating a fully motorized army.
